A Visit to the Farm

Grandma and Grandpa have a farm about an hour away from our house.  I like to go for visits.  There's lots of room to run and boy, do I ever run.  And there's lots of neat stuff to smell.  I can smell deer and turkeys and coyotes and all kinds of wonderful stuff. And there's lots of fun stuff to roll in, thanks to the cows.  The cows don't scare me and I manage to stay away from them because I can run fast.  I can walk around the whole farm with Mom and Dad all by myself.  I keep up pretty well, too, even if my legs are a lot shorter than theirs.  At the end of our walk, I get a cool drink.  Then we hop in the car for the drive home and I get to curl up in Mom's lap for a nap.  Aaahhh, the good life.

Dad and me exploring the farm.  I'm the cute one with the tail.

No, deer won't eat puppies.
